(*) Performances are approximative and they refer to the standard equipment of the boat, at 1/3 of load corresponding to ton. 7,7 (16.890 lb). Performances estimated at the following conditions: calm sea, absence of wind, 25°C air temperature, clean hull and
special propellers setted for those conditions.
Every effort has been taken to provide complete and accurate information in this web site, with the assumption that the list of on-board equipment refers to a standard model. The list may be changed by the Yard at any time without notice.
The photographs and drawings also include special equipments which are not part of the standard equipment of the boat. Pershing Shipyard does not supply the complete safety equipment therefore, as Pershing boats are delivered to all countries, the owner must complete the safety equipment with the devices required in his specific country.
The herewith mentioned standard yard materials are the ones included in the “Dealer’s Pack” and depending on their availability in the market, they might be changed by the Yard at any time without notice. These technical specifications are valid and refer to boats ordered starting from October 2003.
The boat will be powered by the type of engines chosen at the sign of the purchasing contract and written on the same contract. Eventual substitutions will be allowed only if required within 30 working days after the order, or, in any case,
within 4 months before the start of production. Should the above described conditions not be respected, any engines substitution will have to be accepted at the manufacturer’s own discretion, and still the substitution acceptance will cause a 30% compulsory increase on the variance in price between the two different engines.
