The G-23ORC is an all-new engine from the ground up, sharing no parts with the previous generation G-23. It features 30% larger intake ports and a wider exhaust port. The head features oversized cooling fins and uses more compact spark plugs for better combustion chamber efficiency. A newly designed high output coil/ magneto gives additional ignition power and a lightweight cast-aluminum fan with fan blades on both sides increases cooling. Other new features include a lightweight dual- ball bearing supported crankshaft and an increased bore diameter carburetor that mounts inline. Race-proven performance!With the right aftermarket parts, the stock G-23ORC can produce over 5 horsepower.
